What Do You Do For a Living

There are plenty of people now days that are making good money using the Internet. However, a lot of these people are viewed much differently because they don't have what many people consider to be a "normal" job since they don't go somewhere to work. However, there is a great way for people to make a living online and be able to explain to people exactly what they do so that everyone understands that it's a great way to make a living.

Telling someone that you make a living online can sometimes pose some problems because they all of a sudden think that you're the person who sends them spam emails or you're someone who deals in the dirty side of the Internet. However, you should make sure that you tell them that only a small percentage of people who work online are spammers as there are plenty of people who make money in a lot of other ways using the Internet. Explaining this to them and then what you do is a great way to help them understand.

Someone who is involved in email marketing should explain that they make a living only by only sending out newsletters to people who signed up to receive them, so it's not like someone sending spam. Someone selling eBooks is basically someone who runs a bookstore but the books are digital and it's an easier way for people to buy and read books since they won't have to go to a store, buy them and make sure they have a spot to put the books so that they won't make a mess or won't get lost, either.

Now, there are some people who just won't understand what it is that a person does to make a living online no matter how well a person explains it as they'll only believe that you make money online by sending out spam or by doing some other annoying thing. When you run across someone like that you should just tell them that you design websites for people and that will usually get them to quit asking questions. It's just important to try to explain it as much as possible in a rational way and to not use examples of people who made it huge because that will only make people think you're involved in some sort of Internet scam or something. In the end, people who make a living online may never be able to explain to people exactly what it is that they do and that may just have to be something that one has to accept.
